Abstract
Early marriage began to rise in districts Bandungan. Women who married under 20 years old were 109 from 6873 women of childbearing age 15-44 years (1,6%) in 2012.Reproductive health in biology subjects given in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Ma’arif limited on reproductive system and does not explain early marriage effect. The aim of this research was to analyze differences knowledge of students about health reproduction in community before and after treatment provision of material about effect of early marriage and reproductive health. Sample is total population of all students MI Ma’arif in 5 th and 6th grades as much as 46 students. Type of this research was experimental research with comparative study design (pre-test and post-test design). The result showed that students knowledge about problem of early marriage, how to care properly reproductive organs , and the impact of free sex still lacking and students consider that have sex just for one time doesn’t cause pregnancy, closing the discussion about sex. Wilcoxon test results data showed that there were significant differences in knowledge between before being given reproductive health and after being given reproductive health (p=0,001 (<0,05)). Advice given is the provision of reproductive health since the beginning (first grade) and not only the reproductive organs and their functions but also until early marriage effect, treatment of reproductive organs, the dangers of free sex, and various information related to reproductive health issues questions.
